The Outsiders

i netflix'd the outsiders this week remembering that i thought that it was a pretty good movie. now that i watched it again i'm sad that i wasted my time. it was pretty bad and had a lot of guys sleeping really close together and other strange things that men wouldn't do today. the 'awesome' fight sceen that i remembered was nothing special at all either. anyone else find this in the movies of yore?

I thought the movie didn't do the book justice... I really liked the book.

It's still an awesome movie and book to me... I haven't seen it in ages so I guess I shouldn't watch it again 😛

The book was hardcore.... although I did read it in 7th grade. I wasn't too impressed by the movie though.

I thought the book was fabulous, but I read it about 40 years ago. I wonder what I would think about it if I read it again today.
