I was under the impression he wanted to freeze spending.
How do you freeze spending with a new jobs bill/new spending?
 
Anytime he mentions science, I wonder if he's gonna touch GW lol. I would think he would be wise to avoid it tonight.

You realize that none of what he or any other President says matters, right? Nothing happens until Congress butchers- er legislates. When that happens the best of intentions goes to hell. That's not Obama's fault, but it's true.
