I like how John Stewart said it...Bush had a simple majority and did anything he wanted, while dems are crying they lost the super majority and only have a 19 vote advantage.

The congressional leadership of the dems is an embarrassment and a destructive force for the president in getting anything significant done.

That's not to place blame for all obama's problems on congress tho.
