The Omen

it is going to own... when i heard they were remaking it my first thought was that they would never be able to find a kid as creep as the first one... they proved me wrong...

... see the omen... go to devil worshipping party... end of world...
 
So this is a shot by shot remake of the original like that Psycho remake? I see no reason to remake The Omen as it stands on its own just fine today but the hollywood remake machine will churn 'em out anyways.

I knew there was an origional, but I haven't seen it. One of the reason's I want to see this one is because of the release date: 6-6-06.

Plus, like SirStev0 said, the kid looks just plain creepy. It looks like a pretty well done movie, also.
 
I just remember when the 1st one came it, it made you think if there really was an anti-christ person actually walking on the face of the earth...

In the back of the paperback was the Revelations verse about Armageddon and carrying the number of the beast and stuff...that freaked me out when I a kid...probably 12 or 13 maybe???
 
The first two were great, really creeped me out.

The decapitation by the glass pane, who can forget it? Seeing it for the first time was "wow!"

And in the second when the doctor is examining Damien's blood, and gets in the elevator, then it snaps and he gets sliced in half - way cool.
