Yep, teenagers blow time on video games, adults just don't have the time to drop 30 hours a week on that kind of thing.
 
For sure. I'm 31, gf wants to be engaged in less than 2 years. Then marriage a year after that. I would like to get married... but I like the ability to do my own thing too. Damn!

And yes, it's true, your time is much more valuable when you get older. Which is why I don't bother changing my own oil in my cars anymore.

Agreed. Only a maniac would bother to change the oil on a car you wont keep for more than 3,000 miles anway.

Last time I had the oil changed on my car I just drove it down to Jiffy Lube during lunch. I dropped it off, walked down to a little cafe and ordered something to eat, came back 30 minutes later and it was done. I have 106,000 miles on it. I've haven't done a single oil change on this car myself. Hell, I'm not entirely sure where the oil filter is on my car. 😀
 
I'm 32 and hate not having a job or full college workload. Feel like I am pissing away the years. And the funny thing is the associates at the end is basically useless. It wont feel like it was worth the time or effort. I just need it to get into a good college and do a real degree.
Its funny cuz those first 3 years in the Navy I worked my balls off and used to dream about all the things I could do with just a little free time. Nowadays I dont have the energy or money to make good use of my time.
 
Actually, come to think of it, I felt like I pissed away my 20's. Worked too hard for a government agency that never appreciated me. Didnt have enough fun. Played it too safe. Sometimes wish I had done the normal college thing and had lots of sex & booze and everything else.
I dont have the body or mind to go to Cabo for spring break and party like a wild animal. I would have back at 18.
