I keep my kinect unplugged because of personal preference. I don't use it, I prefer using the controller honestly.

Tomb Raider is amazing to play through if anyone hasn't yet. I've barely been able to put it down since picking it up.

Looks like there is an update coming out 2/11 with a battery life indicator, support for USB keyboards, and a lot of "behind the scenes fixes." There are also rumors of a major update March 4th with significant Xbox Live functionality fixes including better party support.

Arstechnica is reporting that the Kinect voice commands will be significantly improved and may include some sort of learning function.

Just a reminder that your Xbox won't respond to "Xbox On" tomorrow if you keep it in standby mode. After major updates it needs a full power up.

For real? I haven't had any problems like that? I wonder if there's a way to uninstall and reinstall a game.

It was said somewhere that this particular update would have to be manually started, it won't be like the last one. I tried to find a source but gave up after a couple of minutes. Not entirely sure if it's true or not.

Works fine on ps4 except the audio drops here and there for about the first 20 minutes. Apparently they did an update to fix that but made it worse and more widespread.

I can't image why, but it is delayed until later this week anyways per Major Nelson.

I grabbed it on sale on Steam.. Just started. Pretty good so far.

I played it for 2 hrs or so, could not stand it. Quit playing.

Walk over here, hold this button. Another QTE. Better hit a button or else you die during an action cut scene! It sucked.

Tank gawd I waited until it was $5.

I really enjoyed Tomb Raider, it was fun and looked good too, wasn't great but definitely a must play.

If the whole game was that way I could see your argument. It isn't and quite honestly is one of the better games of last year.

ms official headset adapter set for march release but two problems. First it is $25 and you can build an adapter using the headset they give away and an adapter that costs a couple bucks from an electronics store. Second it only enables voice chat. Game audio needs to come from optical or rca apparently. I guess they really want to sell their $80 stereo headset that will launch at the same time and do both game and voice audio from the controller.

IIRC, no 3.5mm jack headset did game audio on the Xbox 360. All the ones I've seen connect to the console itself (granted, I've only used wireless ones).

I understand the argument for the price, but it is an officially licensed peripheral. I'd expect it to be of a much higher quality than something someone made at their work bench with some parts from Radioshack. I'd also expect it to be a bit more expensive than the sum of it's parts. Everyone involved has to get a cut! Manufacturer, licenser, retailer!

If it's not great, then why is it a must-play game? I can understand that it's worth playing, but to say it's "must-play," I think that the very first thing on the list of criteria should be that it's great.

The point is their headset can do both game and chat from the controller buy they make it so nobody else can since the adapter doesn't allow it. Have to split the connection again to run from a receiver or something. I think it is limiting for no reason.

Their headset isn't using 3.5mm input / output. It is using their connector. They are having to convert the signal (which looked to also be a problem on the 360) with this adapter.

Great games are rare for me. Even a real good game is must play since there aren't too many real good games, there are many good games though.
