As if Biden v Trump wasn't bad enough...are these two the best our country can muster for the future? This is all we got?

Man, we deserve whatever garbage we get.

Be that as it may, the official death rate in FL was clearly higher. IF Faux presented the data "correctly" at all, I believe it should have said AGE-ADJUSTED.

Anyway, stopped watching this about an hour ago. Death Santis seemed like he was winning but Newsom was having some fun getting in jabs about his dismal polling in the GOP race.

The half hour or so that I watched seemed incredibly biased, but I am a proud Californian.
California deaths per million from Covid 19 = 2,680
Florida deaths per million from Covid 19 = 4,297

Didn't bother to watch. Seems Pubs are very obsessed with "stuff".

One of the most jarring aspects of the debate was that throughout, DeSantis kept bizarrely talking about feces. That's right, feces. This is actually an old right wing obsession going back to the civil rights marches, the Vietnam war protests and most recently Occupy Wall Street. There are always tales of rampant public defecation and they can't stop talking about it. DeSantis seems to have a particular fetish about this feces problem as illustrated in this bizarre moment:

Not on X and I don't know how to paste a link without sign in as I have NEVER had one.

DeSantis trying to smile is crazy unsettling.
Reminded me of this...

In June 2021 the FL department of health stopped reporting COVID statics.
