I know what you mean though...like I said I gotta wait for reviews. The only reason I'm interested in it is cause Mark Cerny is involved with the project. He is the guy who made Marble Madness, Worked with Sega to make Sonic The Hedgehog 2, helped create Crash Bandicoot, Ratchet and Clank, Jack and Daxter, Spyro the Dragon, Resistance, and the first Uncharted game.

I don't understand why everyone thinks this means October for the system lol. They clearly say it's not the PS4 date.

In the other thread they mentioned the Xbox will not have a live stream for tomorrow gamescon event. I wonder if they will for the ps4. If they do I hope I would be able to watch on my phone at work.

I still think the PS3 with the 12GB SSD is stupid. God help you if you want to play MGS4. 😀

Hopefully it's some good news on the Vita front. I really do like the Vita but it's not getting any love from developers. Sony can't blame piracy this time because AFAIK, the it hasn't been jailbroken yet. Seems like only Nintendo is able to pull off consistently good portable games with the same high quality as their console counterparts. Sony and most third party devs seem to treat them as second class. Hopefully Sony has a plan to get people interested in making software for it. Hopefully they also reduce the cost of those idiotic Vita cards as well to something close to reasonable. Or heck, just do what they should have done and release a Vita 2000 that uses MicroSD like everything else.
 
I don't see anyone wanting the flash edition ps3 unless theirs breaks right now and must buy a new one. Besides the slimmer frame and no fans I don't really know if 12gb is enough going from a much bigger hd.

Well, if they would have released the 12GB PS3 back in June I would have purchased one of those instead of a 3DS. Now I'll just keep waiting for the PS4. Storage space isn't an issue either I have HDDs lying around that I can use, that is if it's still user replaceable like in the past.
 
So, DICE just released that BF4 will be dropping on Oct. 29th only for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. "BF4 will be launching for the PS4 and Xbox One at a later date."

Looks like the rumored earlier releases aren't true.
