Is plex for the PS4 free if you have the plex pass? I don't need it, as I have a roku on that tv, but it would be nice not to need it.
It should be because its free for pc but to download and use in the consoles I think Plex pass is required.

Yes. I think the only thing that they charge Plex Pass users for is Plex for iOS, and that's mostly because there isn't a good way for them to provide a free copy like they do with Plex for Android.

I haven't tried it on the PS4 yet, but on the X1, you just download the software and sign into your Plex account. I don't remember if you have to do the server pairing confirmation code thing too (the 4 digits you enter on the website).

PS Now unlimited for $20 a month. Certainly better than $5 per rental, but still not at a price point I am willing to bite on.
You can buy it in packs of three months that makes it $15/month which is a good deal. It's a good deal even if you don't game heavily. I don't really have an urge to play PS3 games as I still own mine but never turn it on but I could see it catching on. Only problem is the lag you easily get with the games.

That's good if only to get developer support rolling.

Yeah, there's not many games I'm super excited for this year either. Something could surprise me though. I'm mildly excited to see what The Order is about.

I really wish they'd take some of that PS4 cash and inject some life into the Vita. I really regret buying one now, even though I've had it since launch.

The order and bloodborne look good. Nothing else really...I like metal gear solid but that won't be out for some time.

Do you mean PS4 exclusives because there's some really good games coming out like Metal Gear 5 and Witcher 3. The PS4 exclusive I'm looking forward most to is Persona 5 (although a PS3 version will be available).

Not sure why, but I seem to be spending 90% of my ps4 time in warframe. I know its probably better on PC, I just never got around to it there. I've not put any money into it so its grindy, but I guess the gameplay has sucked me in since there's not much like it out there. Just wish it was clearer about things.

Downloaded the swapper and infamous yesterday. Started the swapper (yet another PC title I own and didn't start there yet), and finding it pretty cool. Not always a fan of sidescroll platformers, but this is certainly neat! Worth a shot of course since its PS+ free.

I never got into the Metal Gear or Persona series. I hated MGS4.

Will probably be picking up Witcher 3 eventually though the second one is still in my backlog.

For the PS4, I think I'm mostly looking forward to Bloodborne, Persona 5, and No Man's Sky.

I'm doing my best not to feel hyped for Persona 5, though, since Persona 4 was my favorite JRPG of all time, and I could potentially ruin the game with unrealistically high expectations.

I just download the Swapper with PS+. Does anyone know why it doesn't run full screen and how to fix it? I have black bars on the top and sides.

I played through The Swapper, and I didn't notice anything wrong with the display.

On a side note, it's one of the better game-of-the-month titles I've played on PS+

I just found it. It was on sound and screen ---> Display area settings. If it's not enlarged then it will show up boxed.

Finished the swapper, of course a pretty short game but the puzzles were pretty good. I got stuck on a few of them and had to YouTube them. I thought it was pretty fun, will probably play it again.

Infamous Second Light was a nice reminder on how nice that Infamous Second Son engine is.

Zooming around the city as Abigail, just feels smooth. I didn't notice any frame drops, pop in, or other problems ever, and the level of visuals thrown up on the screen with all the nice dynamic lighting, high poly objects and particle effects everywhere... it's just really nice.

I haven't tried swapped or infamous and i have both of them downloaded already. I'm starting to run out if space on my hard drive but I don't feel like buying a bigger drive yet.

There is free dlc for AC Unity on there too, supposed to be another spin off of the story. I don't even have the game but I downloaded it just in case
