Ac4 looks cool, ill probably buy bf4 from the ps store since I have $40 in my ps wallet right now. That's probably the one game that is worth buying digital since it doesn't come out every year. I'm having a blast playing 2k14 right now tho. Its s lot better then the ps3 version
 
I have bf4 and it's great. So much fun playing conquest and I like domination way more in bf4 than in cod. I also have AC and ghosts but I rarely play ghosts online anymore. I think I'm glad I traded in killzone as I was not playing it much online. 2k14 has a lot to offer for me in terms of learning how to play properly. The hardest part I would say is all the moves you can pull off with the thumbsticks. It also looks great too.
 
2k14 looks amazing on the ps4, if you like basketball at all it really is a good purchase. Im gonna rent AC black flag and see if I like it, I didn't like any of the earlier games but this one seems different

I'm getting a very Far Cry 3-ish vibe very early on in AC4(just got it last night). And that is a very good thing, FC3 was one of my favorite games last gen.
 
so gamestop is also offering $40 for killzone and knack on a trade in. they also have a "get an extra 30% off when using a trade in towards any preowned product". as i don't shop at gamestop very often to know their policies, are these types of things 2 things that would stack on top of eachother? if i could get $52 towards a used game for killzone, i'd definitely go trade it in for something.

Yes they stack but you have to buy a used item on the same transaction for it to come up.

hrm okay i might go try this out this weekend then. i'd trade in killzone for ryse or dead rising 3 for $5 in a heartbeat lol. i just wasn't sure if they would stack like that or not. i'm going to see if i can do it tonight.

Yeah you should be able to be on the same team. Played for couple hours last night but then realized I had not installed the update so I did not set up my player for online. I'll do so when I get home today. My psn is Selayan.

What's wrong with the heat? They are the best team in the game.

None of my local stores have those titles in stock so I wouldn't be able to take advantage of that anyway. Good luck.

yeah i have one close by that has ryse but no dead rising. i'm gonna try to trade in killzone and see if they give me the 30% extra. if they do i'll use it otherwise i'm not gonna trade it in as i don't buy much from gamestop. the good thing about gamestop is there all over the place lol.

Cool, I played a few min of ryse. Not enough to draw any real opinion but at first glance it didn't seem as terrible as some have said. I am sure I will tire of the combat after a while but I also tired of Assassin's Creed combat 4 years ago. So I think I can still enjoy it. I am trying to play through DR3 but honestly there is too much to do and too many things to collect so I am spending more time than I had anticipated on it. DR3 looks terrible but is just too fun in a simple mindless "I wanna kill pawns with crazy weapons" kind of way.

yeah im going to call them when i go on my lunch break and see if they will give the extra 30% when used towards a preowned game. even though it's only like 10 minutes from my house, i don't feel like wasting my time if they won't let the different deals stack.

I remember in the original, the hours mowing down hordes in the access tunnels in a delivery truck to get the real mega blaster...

I should be on around 6-8pm eastern time. Got plans with the gf after and you know she's not gonna sit there and watch me play games lol.
