I've been retired for more than two decades. While everyone else was still going to work, I got 24/7 daily news feeds, was able to vet my media according to who deliberately told lies and who didn't. I knew the Arctic was melting rapidly back in 2002. I knew that Blue states give more in federal taxes than they receive in federal spending, and most red states give less and get more.
At some point, a former aide to Colin Powell observed that the Red would be third-world domains without the Blue subsidy. That makes them appear to be more clueless, but you then see the rural-urban split in places like Georgia.
I find it interesting that a little burg named Gardnerville in NV has most local citizens sporting "TRUMP" bumper stickers, but NV has two (2 or two) Democratic Senators -- Masto and Rosen. And before that -- some time previous until 2017 I think -- they gave us Harry Reed.
If there were some reliable standard of competence in choosing candidates, I'd think someone like MTG would not be a US Representative. That's what they call these people: "US" Senators and "US" Representatives. Too bad they act like monkeys at the zoo, slinging shit.
