hagbard - you're one of the largest flaming idiots and bigots I have ever seen. Your Jew-hating post in the other thread settled my mind for me. I support the right to different opinions, but you are simply an American-hater and a Jew-hater with no redeeming qualities.

As for your stupid "regime change" comment, the USA gets to do that every 2 years and every 4 years by vote.

I am very disappointed with Canada right now. This is the first time that they have not been behind the US. To do so to support a man like Hussein is very foolish. This will be the war where Poland stood behind the USA and Canada did not.

I am waiting for Powell to resign once this is all said and done as the State Department has been an abject failure.

I'm doing this post after reading just 1/2 of the whole thread itself - I noticed this room has swollen bigger, faster than June Allyson in a wet depends. (Wait.. think Dubya was wearing one? Ok.. let's NOT go there)

I'm not a Bush advocate - I don't like what he's doing and I would rather to see an UN resolution passed, whether it takes time to do so, instead of running into Iraq buck naked, guns firing and pissing all over. I'm all for the military - Whatever the outcome is, I sure hope the military does the right thing this time around by taking Hussein out of Iraq (or off of this planet) when Dubya's daddy-o could've taken care of that 12 years ago but never managed to find him and finish him off - that is if Saddam doesn't leave Iraq after Wednesday Night at 8 PM EST. I did see Dubya's speech, and wasn't all that impressed by what he was saying, but I do like his idea for rebuilding Iraq, and also the ultimatium shocked me a bit because I was expecting 72 hours as I keep hearing it over and over again through the internet and on the TV in the past day or two. This time, I sure hope we'll get the job done and won't have to worry about going into Iraq 10 or 20 years later and take out another bathist dictator who clinged to power like static electricity.

Oh yeah... one more thing: It's time to change your masking tape and plastic saran wraps - They've been upgraded by the DoHS (Department of Homeland Security) to duct tape and plastic sheetings. Don't worry, we won't have to get all the way up to Aluminum siding and iron soldering. ;)

Oh yeah... with all those distributed computing programs (SETI@home, folding@home, etc) - think we can create one that would be able to overthrow/kill Saddam without the use of military action? Ok... just a thought.

I think it was a pretty good speech. It was clear and firm. Now let's hope that this war will be short and that the iraqi military will surrender quickly, without using WMD.

So, to be critical of Israel for its WMD, invasion of other countries, ignoring UN resolutions, and oppressing its native population is equal to anti-Jewish, is it? You're blind to your own anti-Arab/anti-Muslim bigotry.

Democrat, Republican, same thing. You ever consider that maybe they don't give a fvck about democracy or regime changing?

I am very disappointed with Canada right now.

Gosh...too bad. Can't come close to how I feel about the US.

This is the first time that they have not been behind the US.

Shows just how ignorant most American's like yourself are about Canadian history.

To do so to support a man like Hussein is very foolish.

He hasn't threatend anyone with war. The US is the aggressor.

This will be the war where Poland stood behind the USA and Canada did not.

Like when Canada went to war over the invasion of Poland and the US sat it out for three more years?? That one?

I so loathe Bush right now it isn't even funny. It seems his only reason he wanted office was to "finish off what his father started". Ever since he went into presidency, its been nothing but a downfall in the US economy. I hope he doesn't get re-elected, I think another term would put the US in turmoil.

You are kidding right? Uday is Saddam's right hand man, leader of the Republican Guard and leader of the press. You obviously don't know what you are talking about.
