usually two cups of this tea from Republic of Tea... it helps keep skin clear from the inside (and it really does work).
sometimes a cup of coffee. no sugar ever.

iced tea and lots of it. but it's more of a substitute for coke than for coffee

Iced tea has now been added to the poll 😉

one cannot make iced tea from earl grey

but it is very necessary when it's still 3 weeks from spring and it's 85 outside

3 Quarts a day, at work.
Thermos holds 3 (12 oz.) cups, I fill it twice a day.
1st. thing in the morning, 2 9sometimes 3) - 12 oz. cups, fill Thermos, go to work, fill thermos again mid-morning, along with an extra cup from the coffee maker, drink that by the end of the day.
If I'm lucky, I can skip that last cup in the late afternoon, though that is rare.

Yeah, yeah, Cigarettes aren't the only things killing me 🙂

1 coffee in the morning, and 1 tea (somethimes green chinese, sometimes english) in the afternoon.

8-10 cups of lukewarm pure black tea, each taken in one swift gulp. I reuse each bag twice (so a tea bag gets dipped in three cups of hot water) to save money.

I used to drink that much coffee but my cardiologist told me to switch to tea.

I also drink 4-5 cups of water daily (e.g. with meals).

I love coffee, I used to drink a pot of espresso every day, and in general, I love just about any good strong coffee. Nowadays though I can't handle the caffeine; it makes me too jittery. In fact, for the past dozen years I've started my days off with a shot of tequila first thing in the mornings instead of coffee. A bit eccentric, I know, but these days I'll only have a coffee once in a blue moon.
