Bsides, its kind of hard getting an invite when I can't check the thread as often as some of you guys.

Elitism is not good for any community.

The point is that the only contribution most of the junior members in this thread are involved in is merly begging for an invite and actually just joined today in fact. It seems more deserving that everything else being equal that a member who has contributed for years to this community be rewarded with an invite before a newbie.
