What are the chances that we can delete the older gmail invite links? All the accounts that my family and friends that we got from a website (I'm pretty sure not this site) all started getting spam on the same day and at the same frequency.

I dont think they ever will go public, I mean 1gb of space available to just any one who wants 1-2-3---20 accounts is going to get it just that much easier. Not to say its not kind of easy now... i mean i have had many many invites i could have used myself but still, i think the whole invite thing is an awesome way to "throttle" traffic if you will. it doesnt keep to many out... but it doesnt open the flood gates either. I cant speak for everyone but it seems like its really easy to get an invite now with all the sites out there.... there is this one site
here that is accepting invites to an email address and it just turns them around to others... kind of like this site but i think the other one is automated... anyways... inviting ppl seems to work in two ways.... throttle... and it sort of boosts the whole idea of gmail simply because you are invited... so its that much cooler? to have... i guess. lol. i'm going to bed.

I think gmail has taken the email address off the older links.... I didnt see them on the invites in the beginning of this thread...
