I have given out as many invites as I can to friends/family and other message boards I frequent. So I still have 2 invites sitting in my inbox. First TWO Pms get them. Then whatever other ones I recieve after that, i will post here as well.

I don't understand this, I have a gmail account but have yet to receive the ability to invite people? when does it happen, and how often?

I was able to invite people about two weeks after getting my account. I started out with three invites. Handed those three out, got three more. Handed those three out, got five more. Handed those five out, got five more. Handed those five out, got five more.

My friends who I gave accounts to about two weeks ago, recieved invites about 3-4 days ago and they each got 6 invites to give out.

pushlatency, they don't show up in your inbox. its a link that shows up under the "search mail" button. I missed it for a good few days, it doesnt pop out at all.

Cool, thanks for the concise response, the entry under the gmail faq doesn't explain the procedure very well. Again much appreciated, I guess I'll start posting some codes in a week and a half or so.

why does not having gmail suck so bad? i mean i am in pain... i guess their google knows how to make people carzy..... this tread alone has 4k+ post!

I supect it is because people want decent e-mail addresses. All the good ones are gone from the major players. Who wants to be John348374773@yahoo.com.
