I need an invite. I gave out 4 to this forum but I need one asap for a friend. I'll repay you once google gives more invites, thanks.

It's still invoked by Windows even though it comes up there. It's just checking it before any files can become locked by Windows.

Think you are doing a little bit too much multi-tasking there 😉

At the risk of sounding stupid I'm going to admit I didn't get it. 😀

Jagg--it might be better if we took this offline so we're not clogging up the thread with OT posts. That and being subscribed to this thread is killing my inbox!!

Ok, I've got (2) Gmail invitations left, so let's make this count! The first two people to answer the following question will get the invites. As usual, send all answers via PM along with your e-mail address.

You may only submit an answer ONCE. Any PM's other than your first one will be discarded, so answer carefully! Please do not send any PM's other than answers! You'd be suprised how fast the PM's come in, so I don't have time to reply to non-answer questions.

And on to the question..

What is the sum of all integers, n, 1 < n < 100, that satisfy the condition that 13 is a factor of (n^2 + 27n + 7)?

Answer: 723

No more Gmail invites left! Mannkind has solved the question, as did hsumh. Thanks for playing!

I have 10 invites left... I love gmail, and would love to give SOME out... Since their market value is so low now heh... I was selling them to raise $$ to visit my girlfriend who is over 900 miles away 🙁

E-mail me something interesting, a picture, a story, a poem, frequent flier miles, paypal $$ if you feel sorry for me not being able to see my girlfriend ( 🙁 I miss her so much) etc... Impress me and I'll give you an invite while I still have them. 😉
Ooh, you could also send me your advice on when someone should give a promise ring, ask to marry, etc... Just interested in your responce 😉

Be sure to use the subject "Gmail Invite Request" (I will use Gmail's label feature to organize these hehehe I LOVE gmail.)

ENDED!

Well, it looks like someone is in luck! hsumh (one of the winners from my previous game), has generously decided to put his invite back up for grabs (thanks, hsumh!). So, in accordance with his request.. here is another trivia question!

Same rules as before apply. All answers must be sent via PM along with your e-mail address. If you're answering for fun, and not for the invite, please say so. Also, you may only answer ONCE -- all subsequent answers will be discarded.

And now, on to Final Jeopard.. err, Anandtrivia!

A plane passing through the point (3,1,-1) is perpendicular to the plane 2x - 2y + z = 0, and has it's intercept on the z axis equal to -3. What is the Cartesian equation of the plane?

Format:
Ax + By + Cz + D = 0 where A, B, C, and D have no common factors

Answer(s):

5x+y-8z-24=0
5x+y-8z-24=0
5x+1y-8z-24=0

Thanks for playing!

(0) Gmail invites remaning! stonedoor answered correctly!

Better than me. I finsihed the code but made two mistakes - forgot it is 13 not n itself.
Anyhow, this is fun, isn't it?
