Someone earlier in the thread stated that they emailed support asking for some invites (they hadn't received any either) and were given some right away. You might try that.

If you get some, I wouldn't mind one! 😀
 
i'll be dumping my yahoo account soon once i migrate everything over.
heck, i'll use that yahoo account to sign up for all kinds of spams and see how it handles it 🙂

Excuse me, "gmail-noobs"? "trolls"? I've been around on this forum since 2002. Just because I don't have loads of time to post all the time, it doesn't make me a "troll." Do you even know what a troll is? Trolls don't give out gmail invites.
 
I would love to help you all that want an invite, but to those that actually got invites in the gmail accounts, how long does it take. i had my account since last thursday and no invites yet.

It's wierd, was in all morning, then jumped out, and tried to get back in to see if it would give me some more invites, and all I get is " server error "

Yeah, that's what I get too, but I haven't been on since yesterday.

I guess you can't expect much from a beta.

I have sent a mail to customer support asking them to send some invites, let us see if they even respond to it

Still not working for me. Crappy Gmail. I hope this gets better once it is in it's final release.
