my website's gmail account, active for a week or so, has yet to generate any new links -- so i don't even have a personal one yet. sigh.
 
Ok, so I'm a bit of a Gmail n00b(eventhough I signed up on April Fools Day-no acct. yet 🙁 )
So, everyone who gets a Gmail account get's to send out free invites eventually?
 
FYI: I got an invite from a friend yesterday and I still havent received invites to give out to others. You guys that just got accounts are not going to get invites to give away to others for awhile I think, but I could be wrong. Which email do the invites goto gmail or the one that the invite was sent to you at?

This Gmail thing has gotten out of hand :/ don't be stupid and go on ebay to get an invite. I, like most of you, wanted an invite to the beta so I could get my name, but guess what it was gone. Now maybe nemesis is a popular name, but if you want some thing that is popular chances are it is already gone :/.

1GB of email storage is cool, but don't most of us have very weak upload speeds? My download on comcast is crazy fast but my upload is horrible, so having the ability to store 1GB on an email account isnt that exciting considering how long it would take to upload stuff.

Thats the nice thing about DSL i got 128kb up
 
I got the random number and got the invite in mail after some time.
I checked my name was already gone. So i tried different names for half an hour and most of the common words are already gone. another thing is is you can't user email ID less than 6 charactars. I used all lakers, pistons etc etc...... all are gone.
