i havent had any issues logging into gmail from 2 different locations now. in fact, its been smokin fast every time ive tried to get on. much more repsonsive than yahoo imo. then again the interface is basic and really leaves a lot to be desired. i have a 21 inch monitor and this is taking up just the top fourth of it 😕

that's odd. i haven't even logged on once since i got the account, which was early at 7 am this morning. it gave me that stupid server error right when i registered for my account. maybe the registration didn't go through?

if the registration didnt go through it would tell you that the account doesnt exist when you tried to login. one way to check to make sure it did go through is to click the original invite link you were given to see if its already been assigned to an email address. if it has, you know its gone through 🙂

this site rediff.com providing gb mail account to all users from today. I think slowly all other popular Email sites would move to GB mail accounts. just guessing

That defeats the purpose because these invites are suppose to be free. When you buy it all that does is promote others to sell theirs to make a quick buck. That is why I am going to wait patiently on here until someone PMs me an invite or posts one up on the forum and I the first one to get to it.

that looks like 5MB too me, their highst level of pay accounts has a 10MB storage. look here.

what the hell is Rs? 10 MB cost Rs 1499 per year!?

In somewhere in news they were saying to give 1GB of space from today. SO I was just try to make a point in the similar fashion other popular Email sites would start too to remain in compition.

Rs is India Rupees
not to be confused with Indonesian Rupiahs!

i believe spymac.com is also giving out free 1gb email accounts... it doesn't have the same cool-factor for most of of us vs gmail, but its an option to consider 🙂

Well.... I've had an account with rediff for over 3 yrs now (My spam account)... but mails take forever to be received. Atleast 10 mins. Theres nothing worse than having signed up for something and waiting to receive the activation password for over 10 mins!!!

Oh well...

Rs IS Indian Rupees. 1 US $ = 45.475 Rs (Also known as INR: Indian National Rupee)
