Mostly multi plat games that will likely run better on another platform. Come on MS, give me an updated MechAssault!

they show any game montages yet? just curious if they snuck any killer instinct season 2 in there anywhere yet, although i see from the live blog they are already on games 2015 and out, which is further out than s2 of ki.

I had to step away and watching muted now 🙁

Witcher 3 looks so sexy, unfortunately that is a PC purchase for me.

I missed that game that looked like an HD Limbo, was it Limbo 2? And XBone Exclusive? Little I saw, art style looked great.

Killer Instinct is up now, purbeast! ...or at least I thought it was as they had the music and logo up!

They're showing off a remake of some older XBOX game. Summoner maybe? I don't recognize it.

EDIT:

It's some game called Phantom Dust.

Phantom Dust has a cult following from it's Xbox1 days. I never understood the cult following it amassed. But glad to see they are getting a new one.

From what I got to saw, on my "want list"

Halo Collection
Fable
Crackdown

The rest was meh, but overall good show MSFT. Glad I wasn't being told what I wanted/needed like 2013's E3.

I'm liking Crackdown but am perplexed by the lack of anything Kinect related. I get that it is not shipping with newer systems, but it feels like they aren't even acknowledging it anymore.

Exactly, this whole was Meh, nothing that's like OMG for exclusives. Halo we already knew about as we did about Fable, Crackdown was always fun but other than that, I didn't think there was anything that made me need it.

They showed what looked like Dance Central or perhaps that other popular Ubisoft one (forgot it's name) during a montage.

But, face it, they've basically abandoned Kinect. It won't get much of anything moving forward. Even it's system reserves have already been gutted.

I think some folks are just too desensitized to be amazed. I love the Halo announcement, and Crackdown. That Ori and the Blind Forest game looks stunning.
Even as non exclusives go, there is plenty to occupy us this fall and so on.

I just wish they would only show exclusives and and first party titles at these things.

Don't show Witcher 3 at the Xbox one session if I have PS4, I'm not going to get excited.

I wouldn't say that, but I would say 'focus more on your first party/exclusives than third party games.'

I feel CoD and Witcher3 got more talk time than Halo.

Ok some co worker ruined my viewing during the Halo 2 portion. I heard them say they are leaving Halo 2 multiplayer COMPLETELY ALONE. I had so much fun back in the day, I can't see me not picking this up.

I take it this was part of the Halo Collection? What did it include?

Halo 1 CE Anni
Halo 2 Anni
Halo 3 normal
Halo 4 Normal
Halo Live action TV show (don't understand if it's a coupon for the show online or like the episodes on the disc)
Halo 5 Beta

HOLY BALLS the new COD looks amazing. It seriously looks like a generationally jump over Ghosts

Not to be a pessemist but it looks like that now...let's see the release.

Still its good to see them trying, really trying to make progress there. The graphics isn't what turns me off from CoD though.

I don't know what is so amazing for the new cod. It's pretty much the same thing with more futuristic items and settings.

From what I have seen so far the only exclusives I am interested in for xb1 is halo collection, sunset overdrive, and forza horizon 2.

I kind of expected a bit more to be honest.

Dang no Reach? That was one of the better ones.

All I really want is Halo 2.

Overall I liked the presentation, I like how they focused on games at least.

I still haven't bought PS4 or XB1. MS has been making all the right moves recently.

Yeah, I'm with you. I'd personally shave off Halo 4 and toss Reach into the mix, but then it wouldn't be called the Master Chief collection, I guess.

Personally, I'd love to play them in the order of: Reach > CE > 2 > 3

I'm just glad that Nurburgring is in FM5 today. I traded it in because of Target's trade-in promotion (got $42), so now I want to repurchase it. I was disappointed they left it out, and I'm hoping they continue to put in more tracks going forward (Maple Valley next, please).

I am super-stoked about Halo, love that they're doing HD remakes of Halo 2 multiplayer maps--NEED ZANZIBAR IN MY LIFE. I'm curious as to what that show is, since the ACTUAL show isn't until next fall. Honestly, I'm not sure what the hell to do when they're giving us all 4 games, PLUS the show, PLUS Halo 5 beta at the same time. It's going to be an overwhelming purchase, and I'm wondering how much it'll cost. I mean, 4 games, a show, and a beta? I'd legitimately pay $100-120 for it, though I'd be ecstatic to get it at $60.

Sunset Overdrive's video was sweet. I liked the intro, thought it was supposed to be the new Battlefield, rather funny stuff.

The Division still looks phenomenal, with only the weird in-game chatter (sounded liked forced/canned scripts for the players to read) was weak. I'm beyond ready for that game.

Evolve needs to show more, not sure what to expect with it. It looks neat, but not sure I'm quite sold without knowing exactly what the game is (is there a campaign? co-op only? is it just monster hunting?).

The Witcher 3 looks good, though I am unlikely to bother, since I never played the others.

Shadow of Mordor seems cool, but I think the sheer number of games will hurt its sales. I know I liked it until I realized HOW MANY games I want to get in the second-half of 2014. Now, I might pass.

Forza Horizon 2 looked pretty, but we got NO sense of the game's scale. I want to see in-game footage, along with information about the world's size. End-to-end, how long will a drive take?

Scalebound seemed neat, but unsure what it'll really be.

There's more I know I'm forgetting, but there was SO MUCH. The indie stuff's a hard pass, nothing grabbed me. I might touch a couple of the mini-game things like Threes or the virus-based game, but I'm sick of seeing "charming" platformers and stuff like Ori.
