Mine (via clubit) should be delivered later today. I'm still shocked that it took hours for them to sell out at $359 when no one else had them in stock for under $400. I guess people just don't frequent it like they do NewEgg and ZZF.

That's because a lot of people are still having pipe dreams of $329 or less retail box parts in the near future.

It really won't be as long as you think. Just wait for supply to meet up with demand.

ZZF is now at 200 shipped for the E6300 retail.

I ordered one from buy.com and jumped the gun on the ZZF for $379 & Overnight shipping. I might keep the buy.com and sell it for the price i spent on the ZZF e6600

In less than 2 weeks the E6600 will be plentiful for less than 325 shipped, retail.

At $379, the E6400 is a MUCH better deal for 250 shipped.

Woo hoo! I got my 6700 from ClubIT today! Now all I'm waiting for is my P5W DH (should get here Thursday) and my shiny new 24" LCD (Friday). Computer heaven, here I come!!! 😀

Danng, I was just checking buy.con and noticed they jacked their price up on the E6600 from 339.99 to now 389.99, putting them in the same range as everyone else. I'm glad I already put in my pre-order at 339.99 - their $30 credit card off coupon, bringing the price to $309.99. By far the best deal around once I get my chip.

Perhaps but I doubt it will be quite that low. Maybe $340 but I doubt they will be below $330.

I guess we'll find out if I am right or wrong. In two weeks. 😀

Prices are dropping, sometimes, twice a day, on the E63 and E64.

ZZF just dropped to 247 shipped on the E6400. E63 will be below 200 shipped by the end of the day.

Edit: It's already happened. $197 shipped for retail E6300 at ZZF.

Yeah i am definitely jealous of everyone who already has one, but the e6600 is already outta my budget of 300, with the inflated 350, so thats why im sticking with SHOPBLT, since its then lowest price around with shipping and taxes factored in to a 3 day fedex shipping it comes to $362.

we'll have to wait and see...

Just got off the phone with my company's distributor, which does not offer sales to anybody but resalers, and they have E6700's in stock as of today and going fast, x6800's (which is what im interested in) is "a month or more back..." "... the ship date from intel keeps getting pushed back."

if OP wants to add that to the first post go ahead. but keep in mind this company sells to other companies to sell themselves, so it may add a week of processing and shipping, and i did not ask about anything other than the E6700 and X6800. Oh, and also about mainboards, especially the asus one, they are flying off the shelves and are allocated for imediate shipment as soon as they come in as they have a steady supply of them.

Looks like some geeks are going to have to wait a while longer, as my company (Velocity IQ) wont be getting anything past the E6700 for a while, as intel is behind on the shipping of the x6800.

*shakes fist at...... uhh everybody*

Ive had my blt order in since mid july so far it hasnt been a problem since no 590 sli mobos are out yet. however when those come up for sale and i still dont have my e6600 in hand, then i'll get my panties in a bunch :|
