THIS can all be fixed if people get out to vote, with making this their one-issue deciding factor. After all, for years and years republican right wing fundamentalist have been making abortion their one-issue deciding factor. Pro choice can show their strength by making abortion rights as their one-issue deciding factor.
I want to see if #1 we have enough motivated pro choice voters out there to actually make a difference, and #2 will they show up at the polls?
I still do not believe in the poll numbers claiming huge majorities support a woman's right to choose. I don't believe those numbers simple because if those numbers were true then we would not have had Donald Trump the victor in 2016, instead we would have had Hillary Clinton the victor in 2016.
We would have had a Clinton stacked US Supreme Court, not a Donald Trump US Supreme Court.
So, the pro choice have great expectations for 2022, for giving the democrats the advantage and thus overturning what Trump's court has overturned. The pro choice have great hopes of enacting a realignment to fix the damage imposed by Trump's court. Will it happen? Are those polls numbers correct? Personally, I highly doubt it. I not only believe that abortion bans will stick, but we will see a federal national abortion ban enacted by 2024.
