Just wanted to chime in and confirm that CS Source tears like a mother on my Samsung 225BW.

HL2 and other games look good, but in CSS the tearing is horrible, and I have to use vsync.
 
ok, random addition here, but I've now owned 2 Sceptre displays (both the 20" and 22" from Costco). Had similar experience with both of them. After 1 month, the DVI input stopped working. Also, read same issue on Newegg user reviews. If you are looking at the Sceptre, be advised.
