First season is totally different from the others. The first season rips off the UK office waaay too much and its not until season 2+ where steve carell comes into his own and it separates itself from the UK version.

I suggest people skip the first season when im introducing them to this show, they can go back later and watch it once they like it but season 1 is very different from the others.
 
I like this season so far. At first it was so going but over the last 10 shows its gotten really good.
 
I agree with the last few posters as well. This season is much improved. Has the chick who plays Pam had her kid yet in real life? I ask because she is quite the porker right now.
