it's a fucking TV show, who gives a fuck if it got spoiled for you

Obviously not you. Are you saying that if you were watching a TV show and someone mentioned spoilers before you saw it, you wouldn't "give a fuck"?

So basically you're pissed off because you didn't know something the rest of the world of knew and you admitted to it. Get over it, not everyone here knows your personal goals and can bow down to your every wish.

This plot line was plastered ALL over the media and on top of that if you'd seen even more than the first two seasons you'd expect something like this to happen.

Sorry for the request for everyone to bow down to my every wish (I must've missed that part of my posts).

Wait -what are you allowed to be upset being spoiled, then? I mean, is it ok to spoil tv shows but not books?

But, yeah, this has been advertised 24/7 on NBC and all over the web.. that's not a spoiler

great episode, i thoroughly enjoyed it. the part where Pam's veil got torn and so Jim just snipped his tie off to level the playing field was awesome. stowing away to have the captain of the ship (Maid of the Mist ship, maybe) marry them when their guests were none the wiser was also awesome and being Jim had planned that all along is

the show is such a soap opera now.. and jim isn't sweet.. He's a fictional character.. Who gave his balls away to some secretary.. now women around the country base their ideals of sweet men on fictional characters.. bah..

I vote to BAN, BAN, BAN the OP. I'm about a season behind on The Office but now know what's going to happen many episodes down the road. Would it have been so difficult to fashion the title like everyone else does, "The Office: Season 6" *Spoilers*

Whaaaa. If you can't keep within a season on a free OTA broadcast network show, you can't bitch about spoilers. That's like complaining if someone title a Lost thread with "Charlie died."

It's less about keeping up with it and more about not starting to watch it until a few months ago. Also, I can't think of another thread about a movie or TV show (even one that's been out for years) that contained spoilers in it. Every one I've noticed has just contained the season and episode numbers, and many of them clearly state that spoilers are contained. It just seems like a more-respectful way to post threads, but I guess asking people to be respectful gets you called a crier.

Expecting to read any thread about a movie/tv show/book you haven't seen/read and not find any spoilers is stupid.

I see why you're upset about the title, but like it's been stated.... you'd have to live under a rock or go way way way out of your way to avoid knowing what was going on with this episode. It's been plastered all over the media for the past week.

I don't even watch the show and I knew they were getting married!

Oh dammit I haven't even started watching Lost! I don't even know who Charlie is and now I know he dies! Asshole!

lol, because real life office romances never occur and office weddings never do either (nor pregnancies).

And we realize Jim is a fictional character, c'mon 😕
Doesn't mean we can't enjoy the show.

[sarcasm]I was just about to post that too.[/sarcasm]

Dwight getting laid then kicking her in the face!

I hated the dance reference though. Lame. Why would all the co-workers be dancing?

Hahahaha, this might be my favorite Office episode so far and that's saying something. Just so funny at the right moments and touching at the right moments.

This show is always so painfully awkward and hilarious to watch at the same time. Sometimes you're laughing your ass off, others, it feels like nails on a chalkboard.

I have to look away when it gets so awkward I just can't stand it anymore. Michael makes me crazy but it's also absolutely hilarious. Such a dichotomy for me.

The original UK Office is even worse as far as the painful awkwardness. The US version of Michael Scott does some stupid and awkward stuff, but he means well and is lovable in that way. The UK version of Michael Scott is much more of an asshole and far less lovable. It definitely reflects more of the British sense of humor.

BTW, anyone else like the scene with Toby at the wedding? He had one last hope that he could be with Pam and nope, Pam and Jim walk in together laughing.

just watching it now, way too many funny moments/lines to just post a few and it's only half done. definite episode of the year material.
