WHAT?

I watched the episode, did I miss something? I didn't see Dwight get Angela back?!

It was at the very end, phyllis walked back into the office at night and she heard some "noises" then the camera turned and you see dwight and angela.

The finale delivered for me. All of the shocking events fit into the story very well, but yet they are completely unexpected.

hmmm.. a figure of speech that expresses a resemblance between things of different kinds..so that would be more like a simile.

Andy is a waste of a character. Maybe this will be the beginning of the end and they'll get rid of him next season.

Already did a couple of weeks ago. She's married to the brother of the guy that plays Toby.

Meh, it was worth writing Andy in just for the scene where he punches the wall when his phone won't stop ringing.

Andy is going to go nuts next season. This was definitely one of the best eps of the year (too close to "The Dinner Party" to call).

Last night's episode was not great. It was mediocre. The show has fallen apart since one of the biggest draws, the Jim/Pam/Roy conflict, fell apart. The show is relying very heavily on Michael/Dwight to carry the comedy and it just doesn't work for me. I could has stopped watching the show after the writers strike, TBH.

Hopefully I won't get torn apart by the rabid fangirls of the show (wife included) when I say that the show is a shadow of it's former self from the high of the second season. Season 5 will be the last season for both Office and Earl. The show will end with Michael getting back together with Jan, Michael taking Ryan's job, Jim taking Michael's job, Pam leaving the office after her and Jim get married or engaged and Dwight and Andy fighting it out for the "Assistant to the Regional Manager" position, with Dwight ultimately winning and getting back together with Angela over the course of a season-long story line. Andy will probably try to commit suicide but fail.

There's only two choices for the Jim/Pam thing.
1) Get it out of the way quickly to concentrate on the other story lines
2) Concentrate on other story lines quickly while leaving Jim/Pam on the back burner and resolving it within the last 5 episodes of the series.

The focus of this show is simply not Jim/Pam any longer. It's Michael, and it suffers for it.

NEVER, there's always a last, 10-15 second segment.

i was dying when andy tries to get angela up on the stage and when she curtly refused, he said he'd come down to her and when he takes the mic it was wrapped around daryl's keyboard and ripped it to the ground. "dammit!"

What are these "webisodes" you speak of?

My favorite intro was when Jim put Dwight's desk in the bathroom. Second favorite is when he put Dwight's stuff in the vending machine.

lol i love that episode.

I felt the part w/ Ryan getting arrested seemed tacked on.
didnt really go into much detail about that. it seemed to happen just in passing and that's all that was mentioned of it.

though, i had a feeling he was due for a downfall, the hubris, the drug use, but i figured it would be the drugs that would get him fired.

The primary focus of the show has NEVER been Jim and Pam, although some of the better episodes have had significant airtime dedicated to the Jim/Pam relationship. The who series is based around the character of Michael, like it or not. If Michael is a normal, sane, and intelligent boss, there would be no point to the whole show-- no matter how interesting any of the other characters would or could be.

I kind of agree that the dynamic of the show has changed a bit since Jim and Pam's relationship has come out in the open, but I honestly don't know how much longer they could have dragged out the whole "Jim has a crush on Pam who is engaged to Roy" situation.

Ya, I actually did laugh out loud at that part. You could see how pissed and annoyed Daryl was.

On on the fence with Michael. Sometimes he's an ass and I'm glad he gets stuck with Jan's crap. Other times, like last night, I wanted him to actually have a good relationship with Holly.

"Slow" Kevin was awesome! If you got back over the old episodes I bet he acts pretty much the same way....lol.
