Kerry Collins on Mike & the Mad Dog now.

Keep us informed , please.

Well, he said that he thinks the Giants will try to trade him in the next few days, and they will release him if they can't. He's being real classy about it.

Collins is a great guy and that's why I really hope he changes his mind and restructures his contract. Unfortunately at this point in his career he's look he's looking at 5-6 year contract and Giants won't give him that after they've spent a fortune on Eli.

So you're saying Eli is going to stink it up huh ?

I think Collins did the right thing for his career.

Well he isnt going to go to the super bowl in that division as a rookie. He might in a few years but not year 1. They were 4-12 with a good qb in collins. How much better can they be with a rookie?

Collins is just a cry baby anyways. Good riddance.

Don't know why you say that. Ever since he's been with the Giants, he turned his life around, got off the alcohol, and he's always been a class act since he's been in NY.

Why did they draft his replacement and pay through the teeth to do so then?

Umm, because he's aging and they want a franchise QB which he is not. He's good not great, yet that doesn't make him a crybaby.
