The reason I see most people stating that the Palestinians hate is the poor living conditions they have in the refugee camps.

The obvious solution would be to get them out of the camps and into better conditions.

So why hasn't this been done?

It doesn't really matter. Their parents will make them hate... even when there's literally nothing to hate (when the war is over, if ever) I'm sure people will have their own little personal revenges in the family and send out their little kids to kill people like they are doing now. It's grudges that keep this war going. The country is in a Radical state with emotions and such running wildly. If someone kills your kids, and rapes your wife and then offers to make peace with you right there on the spot, .... i'm sure you'll want to blow his freakin head off. That's similar to what is going on.... revenge after revenge. It's silly.
