Also retractable lights are terrible in really cold climates because they freeze shut. I remember special edition Preludes they made in Japan a long time ago that they sold in cold locations that weren't retractable.

1st Gen > 2nd Gen > this one

I liked the first gen a bit, but, too small and not enough power. But overall a nice car. Much more respect for it when I actually drove one. Haven't liked the next two versions one bit. Oh well, it's still nicer than most GM Stuff.

I have had three cars with retracting headlights. The newest was a 1988 model (Accord), the oldest is a 1976. None of them have ever had the lights freeze and it's not as though we never get bad winters in Ohio.
