Has GMail quit giving out invites to people that get new accounts? I invited two people, and neither had the option to invite anyone else.

I've got 2 gmail invites left. I'm looking to trade each one for a funny joke. Please PM your first and last name, email address and a funny joke. First 2 funny jokes get the invites (limit 1 per customer).
