Yeah....the writing is weak and almost everything is centered around sex... The original series was much more diverse. My favorite episode/scene is from season 5 where Fry spins the wheel with the Robot Devil to get another robot's hands and you think he's going to get Bender's hands. :D Excellent writing and irony...

Yup. I was watching it regularly when it came back a couple years ago, but it was obvious it went the way of the Simpsons.

You guys bitch about the stupidest crap, at least they brought it back. I think the new seasons are fine, maybe trying to be a little too cutesy, but very enjoyable nonetheless.

The time travel episode is, IMO, one of the best in the show's history.

How can someone not like this?

The new stuff has just been hit and miss. Frankly, there were 'original' episodes I didn't like, either.

And comparing it to the Simpsons should be grounds for execution. Really; Futurama quit being funny in 1995 yet remains on the air? I missed that part.

The biggest problem about the new episodes is that they pay too much fan service.

When that becomes a problem in a series, is there any reason to complain?

A whole episode of kissing Obamas butt is something I could have done without. Even if I were an Obama lover I'd have felt my intelligence insulted by it.

The hand-made intro was amusing, and the Wild Kingdom was actually quite funny.
