Tool isn't gone. This is just Maynard's side band. Everybody in Tool is just doing their own thing.

Danny is doing Pygmy Love Circus, his side band and I believe they're on tour. Who knows what Adam and Justin are doing. Their DVD which began production last October of their live concerts had better come out soon :( I want my TOOL DVD!!!

I picked it up at Target, too. No copy protection. I've only listened to it once, but I have to say I liked Mer de Noms better.

got my copy from Amazon with no copy protection, EAC ripped it with no probs
as for the album, i really enjoy it even though the ending is weak
