Tool, or the remnants of, are one of the very few bands that still include a damn melody or two in their songs. They actually put a lot of creativity into their songs, so they are well worth the money to put down on their new album.

Tool isn't gone. This is just Maynard's side band. Everybody in Tool is just doing their own thing.

Danny is doing Pygmy Love Circus, his side band and I believe they're on tour. Who knows what Adam and Justin are doing. Their DVD which began production last October of their live concerts had better come out soon I want my TOOL DVD!!!

I picked it up at Target, too. No copy protection. I've only listened to it once, but I have to say I liked Mer de Noms better.

got my copy from Amazon with no copy protection, EAC ripped it with no probs
as for the album, i really enjoy it even though the ending is weak
