What are your music ethics?

And the burning part, were not talking about backup copies, were talking like burning a friend's CD.

Well, your poll topics are ambiguous. Do you legally own a copy of the CD that you're burning? You're allowed one legal backup copy before violating copyright laws.

When "torrenting" CDs as you put it, are the CDs that you're torrenting currently under copywright to someone other than yourself or the party that you're getting it from?

No, you don't legally own a copy, it's your friends CD.

The music is still under copywright

i dont reburn cds

but i listen to almost exclusively live music, and all of that which i get is free and legal.
