The movie: Narc

Is this worth buying? It came out on DVD today. I was planning on picking it up on my way home from work, but figured I'd ask here (since i didn't buy "The Recruit" because ya'll said it wasn't worth buying).

Thoughts? No spoilers please.

I thought the recruit was an ok movie, musta missed that thread. I can rent Narc tonight and tell ya what i think about it?

I am using Hollywood videos unlimitied rental thing so i have been there a lot lately

I really liked it! Thought it was well done and i was very entertained. Glad i picked it up.

I saw Narc and The Recruit. I thought The Recruit was much better.

I just finished watching Narc. I thought it was better than The Recruit. Very much along the same lines as Training Day.
I guess it all depends on what you're in the mood for. Donny Brascoe was a lot of fun.

But much, much darker....
In LA at least they have a good weather. And there is nothing colorful about Detroit.
A decent movie, predictable, but they had a few good ideas...
Overall, I think Training Day was better.

Narc is a good movie, very much like training day as Adlep said. I have to admit that I missed alot of things because I was chatting at the same time. Good acting.
