The Mothman Prophecies

Has anyone seen this. I watched it last night and it's a pretty strange movie. One thing that I just don't understand though is that part where he is kind of standing in front of the mirror, but the mirrors actions are all happening like 2 seconds before his. You know he turns his head and stuff but it's not simultaneous. What was the significance of that or was it just there to be weird?

Nope you're the first one to watch it since it's been out 😛. Sorry, just bustin' your juevos. I haven't seen it so I can't comment...

I think it had something to do with the whole seeing into the future thing.... I hated the movie, haven't been that bored in a while.

It was perhaps one of the worst movies I've seen in the last three years. The whole thing was nonsensical, and the camera work looked like it was done by someone with a Sony Handycam. Aboslutely terrible. It looked like Richard Gere was going to fall asleep saying his lines in a few places

I thought the movie was great. It was based on true events, and if you knew the events behind the whole Prophecy it may have been a more interesting movie.

The camera work, I think was the director's choice in order to give the movie a down to earth feel rather than some suped up hollywood production. I was quite pleased with the movie.

I honestly thought it was a horrible movie. I didn't care for the plot and the only reason anyone gives it really the slightest bit of credit is because its based on true events in a small town in the 60s. The plot was never clear because was it a love story or a suspense thriller? I think the movie tried to be overly serious and could not get a clear plot definition and I will add it to my crap stack in the video store.
