It is from France.

That was probably one of the advanced car of it's time. It was an engineering masterpiece. It looked like that due to space utilization, function, and practicality. it was packaging perfection much like the original Mini. It was one of the smoothest riding cars as well. An icon in the automotive landscape, if you will.
