Demoralized, hate their choices...hahahaha! Okie dokie...

If you wanted to be accurate, what you both would have said was that people in the middle and even right leaners are tired (for whatever real or perceived reasons) of how things have gone while Bush has been POTUS, and so they're switching sides to the Dem's.

This has nothing to do with current Rep.'s hating their choices, or being demoralized...

I go to many Republican meetings, their party will be dead very soon. I say their, as I'm certain they have left my ideology. More Republicans die everyday than democrats as democrats had a better strategy for conquering the populace.

Newt Gingrich could decide to run in September under the Constitution ticket and he'd get 20% of the vote.

Hey, I didn't say there weren't some sh1t @ss candidates in the Rep. party (Romney is so fake, and Guiliwhatever scares me more than a little)...I think Huckabee could be a bringer together such as Obama, and I think McCain - while not as charasmatic as either of those two - would be the best on the WoT front. I'd bring up RP (guess I just did...), but, since he's not nor never did have a chance to be the Rep. nominee, that really doesn't matter. RP will only matter if he runs as an Independent thus guaranteeing a Dem. in the WH.

As for as Rep.'s to choose from though, either Huckabee or McCain would be tolerable. On the Dem. side, only Obama is tolerable...Billary is, well, Billary, and Edwards is as fake as Romney. So basically, I hope it comes down to Obama vs. Huckabee or Obama vs. McCain...either way, I'll feel OK voting for one of those three...

Hey, oddly enough, so do I...There isn't a single Republican candidate I'd vote for. :D

For that matter, there isn't a single candidate I'd vote for... R or D

This is the biggest smorgasbord of douchery I've ever seen. Right now I'm tempted to hold my nose, close my eyes and randomly push a button when I get into the voting booth.

He doesnt have the money or support to get on all 50 ballots. The only person that could potentially have any chance of announcing that late would be Bloomberg.

No, the problem is Bush fvcked up the GOP.

Pre-Bush the GOP was doing extremely well. A couple cycles after Bush, and the GOP will re-emerge.

The Constitution and the Libertarian party are already on the ballot of 47 states. Yes, Bush fucked up the GOP, but the Neocons have really done it. I'm guessing that was their plan the whole time...

Well, it all depends if the evangelicals come out, which isnt likely if Romney gets the nomination.

Any GOP strategist will tell you that the GOP is screwed if these turn out trends carry over to the general election. Almost every dem contest has double the previous record.

This says nothing about the general election, I am likely to vote Republican in the general but will vote democrat in the primary, TONS of people either do this or just don't vote in primaries. Hillary Clinton is a VERY polarizing figure, lots of people love here, lots of people despise here, therefore ALOT of republicans will come out and vote in the democratic primaries AGAINST her (I and many others I know are doing just this), so don't take much from the primary election, South Carolina is solidly Republican.

The fact of the matter is just that the democrat race is alot more intriguing then the Republican one, so I expect democrats to outdo republicans in pretty much EVERY state in the primaries. Well Anyways this will all be over in a week so at least we won't have to hear any more stuff after Super Tuesday.

Really? I'm inclined to think they will. Why do you think not if Romney's nominated?

Yep. They are prolly praying that Bill C. keeps up his recent act.

Funny Fern, the democratic motivator is still GWB and the GOP where that came from. Republicans and democrats are united against a repeat of the last eight years. While I
hope either Obama or Edwards wins on the dem side thereby wasting all that 17 years of
past demonizing of HRC, Hillary still will beat the GOP simply by saying I am not a GWB clone. The GOP nominee, whoever that may be, will have a GWB monkey on his back impossible to pry off.

That this would have been a landslide for Obama even in a 2-way race.

If we pick anyone but Huckabee or Paul, even I am going to oppose the Republican Party and vote Obama. It is as simple as that.

in the primary, i am going to vote Obama, since the Dems give delegates proportionally and the Repubs don't, I figure my vote will count more voting for the underdog in the Dem primary

in November , if McLame is the candidate, i'll vote 3rd party if Obama is the Dem nominee
