the most painful thing a man can do

I'd ask you for more information on what you blocked and why, but I'd rather not suffer through another 40 page cock tease.

The network I mainly operate on is highly monitored and I would probably get questioned for accessing anything but a .gov.uk site, lol.

Only torrents sites at my office... everything else is fine, which I don't get, cause you need an admin account to install a torrent client, so why block them at all? So I just remote desktop home and browse them through that.

I dont think anything is blocked where I work. Then again, i've never tried going to a porn site or a warez site... I dont think they filter (or monitor) anything.

same..

At my school I used Logmein.com to get passed things. It was allowed even if my internet got blocked for viewing to many restricted pages.

One of our customers is a school and they installed websense. OMG you should of seen the tickets coming through. Teachers wanted facebook, youtube, hotmail etc... Another of our customers is a hospital, same deal, in fact it got so bad we just scraped the whole web filter project. Nurses were actually complaining to their bosses and escalating it high up because they were pissed that they had "nothing to do at night". It's brutal. Are us IT people the only people who actually do work or what? lol

Though, I think the most painful thing a man can do is get their nuts stuck between the toilet bowl and the toilet seat, while sitting on it.

My work blocks a couple things. I just use a proxy 😛

That's a sure way to piss off the IT department. "You knew the company wanted ***.com blocked, so you deliberately circumvented our filters by using a proxy."

I'm more afraid of getting caught using a proxy than I am of accidentally clicking on a link that takes me to a porn site. At least with the latter, I can claim "it was a mistake!" With the former, there's no defense.
