Final post for me tonight , just listening to some music and I fel like asking this question:
What quote or lyric has the most meaning to you? Feel free to explain why. The only reason I ask this is cause I could use a little dose of wisdom myself ;[/b])

That is so true, KidViciou$.... I think about that every time I go into my calculus class and feel like doing some real learning that I would care about.

The Rose
Amanda McBroom

Some say love, it is a river that drowns the tender reed.
Some say love, it is a razor that leaves your soul to bleed.
Some say love, it is a hunger, an endless aching need.
I say love, it is a flower, and you it's only seed.

It's the heart, afraid of breaking, that never learns to dance.
It's the dream, afraid of waking, that never takes a chance.
It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give.
And the soul, afraid of dyin', that never learns to live.

When the night has been too lonely, and the road has been too long,
And you think that love is only for the lucky and the strong,
Just remember in the winter far beneath the bitter snows,
Lies the seed, that with the sun's love, in the spring becomes The Rose.

Seize the moment. :)

"Looking hard into your eye's, there was nobody I had ever known. Such an empty suprise, to feel so alone. How long have I been sleeping, how long have I been drifting alone through alone in the night. How long have I been dreaming I could make it right. If I close my eye's and tried with all my might to be the one you love."

Bent by Matchbox 20

If I fall along the way
Pick me up and dust me off
If I get too tired to make it
Be my breath so I can walk

If I need some of your love again
Give me more than I can stand
When my smile gets old and faded
Wait around I'll smile again

Here is another (fine... this is a bump, but I want to hear some more from other people ;-):

There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end
they always fall. Think of it... always."

The following qoutes are out of the book titled "The Art of Peace" by Morihei Ueshiba, a very good little book of qoutes by the creater of the martial art Aikido, highly reccomend reading it.

"If you have not linked yourself to true emptiness, you will never understand the Art of Peace."

"One does not need buildings, money, power, or status to practice the Art of Peace. Heaven is right where you are standing, and that is the place to train."

"Do not fail to learn from the pure voice of an ever-flowing mountain stream splashing over the rocks."

"The penetrating brilliance of swords wielded by followers of the way strikes at the evil enemy lurking deep within their own souls and bodies."

"Foster and polish the warrior spirit while serving in the world; Illuminate the path according to your inner light."

"Always try to be in communion with heaven and earth; then the world will appear in its true light. Self-conceit will vanish, and you can blend with any attack."

"At the instant a warrior confronts a foe, all things come into focus."

"Cast off limiting thoughts and return to true emptiness. Stand in the midst of the Great Void. This is the secret of the Way of a Warrior."

"The art of peace that I practice has room for each of the world's eight million gods, and I cooperate with them all. The God of Peace is very great and enjoins all that is divine and enlightnened in every land."

"When you bow deeply to the universe, it bows back; when you call out the name of God, it echoes inside you."

The basis of any healthy harmonious society is always the healthy and harmonious individuals who populate it.

Only if each individual has a pure, peaceful mind can we expect peace in society.
