I don't think ANYONE cares about StarCraft: Ghost, Korean or not.
And StarCraft2 is way down the horizon, people are not even expecting it right now. Blizzard is currently very busy with World of Warcraft Beta and its finalization + WarCraft Frozen Throne's continuous balancing + StarCraft: Ghost.
I can take a pretty educated guess that WOW will probably come out around this time next year and about 2-3 months later, StarCraft 2 will be announced. And give it a good 2-3 years of delays and delays, SC2 will finally come out around 2nd quarter of 2007... just like previous Blizzard titles...

Advent Children is the movie. They've actually considered making a FFVII-2 but feel it would be an injustice to the original game. OH wells.
blizzard north is currently working on an action rpg; title not announced yet. It's NOT d3.
edit: everyone is dead in d2 btw...there can't be a sequal. all the worldstones are destroyed. bliz would have to make up some lame story about how a lesser evil came back or something (like andy, meph, duriel) and would rule.

First, they won't wait till they are running low on funds.
Second, how do you KNOW it WILL come out? Stuff happens all the time in businesses... look at the Fallout shenanigans. The game was prettymuch complete, then they just canned it. Hell it could end up being the eternal vaporware like DNF is. They'll have a pretty big legacy to live up to, so they may end up spending years just polishing the game.

How is it that no one....NO ONE has mentioned Halo2. Come on, XBox gamers are salivating waiting for this title.
Just throwing out some thoughts....
Metroid Prime (Metroid for the new gaming generation, it sold like crazy)
Halo 2 (It sure is getting a lot of hype in gaming magazines)
Quake 2 (the original quake was huge, there was massive hype for the sequel, which ended up sucking in comparison)
EQ 2 (The fanbase of EQ is massive, and while many quit, I'm sure there are tons that are waiting to throw more money at verant)
Doom 3 (The original doom _still_ has a community and now they are coming out with one for a new generation)

Duke Nukem Forever (Original Duke3d was extremely fun / popular... but it became a joke after it turned into vaporware)
I'm sure there are others, hard to really figure out which would come out on top.

That was exactly what I thought first. StarCraft 2. But, I am an RTS type of Guy. I would like to see Doom3 as well.
