As you know, we were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a
chargeback with their card issuer. One of the unique benefits of using
PayPal is that we help you fight unwarranted chargebacks and attempt to
recover your funds.

Usually the funds associated with a chargeback are temporarily held until
the card issuer makes its decision.

Because you followed the guidelines of the seller protection policy,
though, PayPal will cover the amount of the chargeback.

But my question is did the buyer's chargeback still go through or did Paycrap win against them too?

I lost $100 because the guy never shipped the item and would never respond back to my PMs so I filed a claim with paypal and they sided with me but I only got like $1.34 back. 🙁

PayPal/eBay almost never sides with sellers. One of the reasons why I quit using ebay. They were initially somewhat even on treatment of sellers and buyers, but they've continually made it harder for sellers over the years. Instead of being a person to person auction site, it's a storefront for big vendors and power sellers. I hate their fees, too.

Doubt it, depends what they filed for. If it was for not receiving the item they can always 100% win.
