hey i have a question about a tattoo meaning.

my neighbour went to Vegas last week. when they're gone i feed their cat and fish.

he showed me a tat he got on his shoulder.

it is a female with black hair and white face paint, with black paint around the eyes. she looks kinda like a doll of some sort. she is smiling and has a green leaf of some sort in the middle of her forehead. she looks kinda like a female beetlejuice.

does it have a meaning?

Went to get my haircut last night. There was a new chick there with a lot of tattos and several face peircings. Right between the breat she had one of the hilt of a blade with a hand coming up and grabbing it. If the place wasn't so full I would've asked her if that was a sword or dagger.
