Getting Stephen Root to play the man in the high castle was a very nice choice as he plays the weird conspiracy actor very nicely.

I was a bit sad to not see SF go up in a fireball but I suppose we can still hope for that in season 3. 😀

Hopefully they go into more of how john smith became such a high ranking official when he was an american until the germans won as we saw so little of his past.

It was never really shown other then perhaps he or someone else dimension warps and brings them back from the other side.

Finished it. So that's how they get the films. In ep 10, who was that girl the resistance leader showed to Juliana b4 trying to kill her?

The female resistance fighter that got killed when juliana escaped from the back of the car as they blamed her for the death.

I'm having problems getting into this second season. I'm half way through, and it basically seems like the resistance has already been defeated. Unless something huge happens soon, the Nazis are going to eventually steamroll over the entire planet.

With both them and the Japanese take turns showing off how evil they are while the pathetic resistance members fighting each other, I'm really starting not to care how this turns out.

I liked the season. Some real shit goes down in the last couple of episodes.

I felt this way myself, but enjoyed SE1 so much, I couldn't imagine not watching the second one. Now that I have watched it all, my only thought is "Huh?" The writers took some major leaps with their plot devices, and I only became more confused and disinterested as it progressed. Still don't really have a handle on what happened and was left disappointed.

thoroughly enjoyed the season, one of the best TV shows till date. Watched the last episode 2 twice already, want to do it again... can't wait for next season

Yeah i really enjoyed this season, there's a couple of dull episodes but the last couple, holy shit....

Yeah, those last couple episodes were nuts. Didn't see any of that coming.

And whoever does the set design and wardrobe for that show needs to win some kind of award. The CG for those larger buildings is very well done also.

Agreed with most everyone above - some boring parts. But overall pretty cool. And like dainthomas said, the set design, wardrobes, and the buildings and what not look AWESOME.

yup, set design/CG is just awesome, amazing how they shows the 60's world and car, entire cities and everything seem so natural, so seamless.
