And I'm getting the Q9450 and OCZ Vendtta 2 off Micro Center Online- which I found the link to in this very site.

Comments, concerns? Should I pull the trigger?

The RPP series is really nice for the price. I've got their 650 and couldn't be happier.

6 rails? Isn't fewer rails preferable? Not sure why Cooler Master wants to advertise that they have more. Also, there is a 30$ rebate on the Silverstone, which makes it the same price. Only thing that would be missing is the SLI certification, but I don't think that to be much of a problem, is it?

I've heard great things about the EVGA 750i, so I'm so far content with staying with it.

EDIT: I also need a sound card solution, assuming the mobo's onboard sound isn't up to snuff by anyone's standards.

Yea the silverstone will be fine. I didn't even notice the rebate.

I've never had a problem with onboard sound. Spend the money you save on decent speakers.

I was thinking of dropping one of the hard drives for a Asus Xonar, http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16829132006. Or perhaps I should stick with the onboard and buy the Xonar later when its in stock and if I decide I really need it?

I've heard a lot of good things about the Xonar, but I suggest just testing out your onboard sound and seeing if you think it's good enough.

Frankly, if you're just gaming in 2.1 and listening to MP3's, you don't need a sound card. If you're listening to hi-fi audio and gaming/watching movies in surround, a dedicated card might be a nice buy.

Beware that working inside the TT armor might be a pita, it's said to have a lot of shard edges and such. For that money I'd get something different.
