I just bought a mouse that has an optical sensor instead of a ball. It lights up red on the bottom. It's made by Microsoft and is called the Intellimouse Explorer. It's a little on the big side and mistracks when moved too fast the action gets moving in Quake III and Kingpin but otherwise it's the shoit!
