The latest on LindowsOS

I don't see how M$ can expect to win this one! The trademark is one Microsoft Windows. Lindows is a completely different word that is NOT trademarked (check the above article... I did a search on Lindows, and the main thing that came up was lindows.com). Am I missing something here? Also, on somewhat related note, check out Microsoft Linux - the premier linux distro. It's some funny stuff.
