The Last Airbender 2

Can't be worse than the first one.

I've heard rumors of a third animated series. After the shit show the second one was, I'm not holding out hope for that either.

I'll confess that I've enjoyed some of M. Night's movies, even if they dip into "painfully stupid" territory at times... That said, what I can't figure out is what sort of desperation leads a studio to keep giving him money.

I've certainly enjoyed some of his movies. Unbreakable and sixth sense were both awesome, but that was a long time ago. He doesn't seem to be the same filmmaker he was then.

Orson Welles went out voicing Galvatron in Transformers: The Movie. Optimus Prime died in that it was so hardcore. Flame out not found. :colbert:
Oh no.... http://www.movienewsguide.com/micha...rs-5-optimus-prime-rumored-die-new-film/84455
Wow I did not know that.

Nope, Galvatron was voiced by Leonard Nimoy. Orson Welles voiced Unicron. Of course Optimus Prime by Peter Cullen.

But Unicron > Galvatron.

Edit: Ah, hell. I derailed my own thread. A new low for me. :'(

I doubt it, with how they finished legend of Korra up, airing the first half of season 3 on TV, then the 2nd half all online, then airing the 4th season only 3 months later all online and not on TV.

The writers have confirmed a new comic series will be coming that is going to continue where legend of korra left off. i haven't heard anything concrete about another animated series though unless they are doing it without the original writers which would be stupid.

Why in the fuck do you dance for 30 seconds to make a rock float. Like, while you're doing that I'm going to just throw a sword at your face. That is really dumb. I dunno though, only saw the movie not the cartoon.

Your guys' Virgin nerd tears about this is awesome though :awe:

The comic is about Fire Lord Zuko.

As I said, rumors which I hope aren't true. The best two episodes of the Legend of Korra were the origin story of the first Avatar, probably because Korra wasn't in it. 😛

I actually didn't mind the first one (considering it largely a kid movie) other than the craptastic dancing added to the fighting routine.

how does the title make sense? He is the last, but wait here comes second!

Though he was also the Avatar, at the time he was also the last airbender. (The fire nation saw to the death of the previous, Fire nation born avatar and knowing the next Avatar would be born an Airbender, destroyed the Airbending tribe hoping to end the cycle. But Aang escaped) Later he could bang Katara and make little airbending babies. Thus, making the way for more.

And naturally, I assume this sequel is about the same airbender.
