their parents are anyway, there was a brand new fvcking hummer sitting in the parking lot this morning, thats ridiculous, damn spoiled kids, i don't even have a car yet :evil:

I am more impress with a Vette (domestic) or Bimmer (import) than those big boxes on wheels for HS kids.

thats actually a good investment for the parents, my dad owns a few houses here in annarbor, i dont live in one of em, but if one came on the market and i wanted live in it, hed prolly buy it, good investment for him...

there was a kid at my school that was about to get a corvette of some sort. Until his report card came in and his parents saw his 1.7 GPA or whatever. So they punished him by giving him a brand new IS300. After he totaled that, they bought him a chromed out Tahoe.

a house can be considered an actual investment though. If I end up going to Arizona or some place where prices are really really low, then buying a house isn't out of the question (for my parents). I had two friends that go to the University of Arizona and for their sophomore year, they and some others pitched in and just bought a damn house.

i was actually sort of sad to see that. Imagine if the kid was a 4.0 honor roll student... wouldn't be surprised if his dad had given him his GT2 🙁
